Uniform 2024 onwards

Iveshead School expects all students in all years to conform to the school dress code. The Policy and detailed guidance is available to view here.

Compulsory Items

Students in Years 7 to 11:

  • Black ā€˜schoolā€™ blazer with the Iveshead School logo on the front chest pocket.
  • Iveshead School clip-on tie
  • Black socks or black tights (no knee-length socks or white socks)
  • White ā€˜schoolā€™ shirt with a formal collar. The shirt may be short or long sleeved.
  • A plain white t-shirt or vest may be worn under shirts.
  • Black knitted ā€˜v-neckā€™ jumper without logos or brands (optional)
  • Black school trousers that are formal, loose fitting and tailored. Trousers should not be skinny or tight fitting.

Ā  OR

  • Black, tailored, pleated school skirt (this DOES NOT include pencil, tube type jersey or stretchy type lycra skirts or skater style skirts) Skirts must be knee lengthĀ 
  • Plain black, school appropriate, shoes with a low heel (no other colours or logos)

Optional Items

  • A plain white t-shirt or vest may be worn under shirts.
  • Black knitted ā€˜v-neckā€™ jumper without logos or brandsĀ 
  • Black school shorts that are formal and tailored (May-September)

Compulsory Items – PE Uniform

Students in Years 7 to 11Ā 

  • Purple ā€˜schoolā€™ PE top with the Iveshead School logo on the front
  • Black ā€˜schoolā€™ PE hoodie with the Iveshead logo on the front
  • Black ā€˜sports appropriateā€™ shorts, tracksuit bottoms or exercise leggings
  • Black or white ā€˜sports appropriateā€™ socks
  • Sports appropriate footwear including trainers (these must be different to shoes worn in other lessons)

Personal appearance

  • Hair should be natural in colour with no extremes of style.Ā 
  • Make-up should be minimal and natural in appearance.Ā 
  • False nails(including acrylics) are not allowed and any polish must be natural in appearance.
  • False eyelashes are not allowed
  • Students may wear one pair of stud type earrings (one in each ear).Ā 
  • A charity/fund-raising wristband may be worn to show support for a chosenĀ  charity during their fund-raising week.
  • Earrings must be removed for PE (retainer may be worn)

Free collection from School via Weekly ā€œSchool Drop Off Serviceā€

  • Simply select ā€˜free collection from storeā€™ as your method of delivery and state you would like to collect your parcel from your schoolĀ with Childā€™s name and Year Group, in your ā€˜order notesā€™.
  • Orders placed for ā€œSchool Drop Off Serviceā€ by 5pm Sunday will be delivered to the school for Collection on Thursday.
  • Only available during term time and subject to availability.
